Warranty Claim

Australian Standard Premium Safety Products (ASP Safety Products) provides manufacturer warranty for any faulty products we sell. If you wish to make a warranty claim, please complete the form below.

Note that our product is required to be installed by a licensed professional such as a licensed carpenter, locksmith or plumber. If our product is installed by an unlicensed person, we may not be able to honour your warranty claim (except Padlocks or certain products that do not require plumber/locksmith for installation).
